This investment strengthens the university’s capacity to design, develop, and deliver high-quality micro-credentials and innovative digital learning experiences, supporting the project’s broader mission of enhancing lifelong learning opportunities and skills development across Southeast Asia.

Since the installation, these technologies have become a cornerstone of Champasak University’s digital transformation journey. The equipment is now being used to create professional educational videos, record hybrid learning materials, and develop modular, skills-based courses tailored to emerging labour market needs.
By enabling the production of engaging and high-quality digital content, this infrastructure contributes directly to the objectives of MICRO4ASIA: improving access to flexible learning pathways, supporting the recognition of micro-credentials, and foster cooperation between academia and the labour market.
Through innovation, international cooperation, and capacity building, MICRO4ASIA continues to empower higher education institutions in Laos and Vietnam to meet the challenges of a rapidly evolving digital economy.
